The first question we ask of our clients is “How would your organization use a loan?” We want to know their aspirations, what they could achieve with more resources. We also want to know whether they’ve done the necessary groundwork to use that loan effectively, that they have the discipline to meet their objectives.

When it comes to blogging, we asked ourselves a similar question.

As the Community Forward Fund Assistance Corporation (CFFAC) continues to grow, we will be continuing to forge important connections between investors and nonprofit organizations, such as Centre3 in Hamilton and the Elora Centre for Environmental Excellence. But as important as our work securing loans for these organizations has been, we are equally proud of our growing stature as a knowledge organization. Beginning with the Financial Coaching and Review Services we offer to clients and continuing on to this brand new blog, we want to share our insights with the world.

In the coming days, weeks and months, we’ll be offering blog posts on important nonprofit finance-related topics, links to top content from other blogs that you won’t want to miss and the latest news on all of the exciting activity happening here at CFFAC. We look forward to reading and responding to your comments; for a start, we’d love to hear what kind of content you’d like to see us cover in future posts!
